*. Fish / eggs, rich in omega 3 fatty acid to strengthen the network and damp skin. Ga 'like fish? Replace with the egg.

*. Green tea, rich antioxidan which can prevent skin wrinkles.

*. Broccoli; rich in vitamins A, C, and K are important for maintaining skin health.

*. Sun Flower Oil, rich in omega 6 fatty acid to keep skin mildness.

*. Peanut almond, rich in vitamin E for skin rejuvenation and prevent dry skin.
